At CoVisa, we maintain a transparent payment and refund policy to ensure clarity for our clients regarding our services and payment structure. Please read the following carefully before making any payments.
General Policy

All services provided by CoVisa, including but not limited to visa filing, urgent appointments, interview preparation and tour packages, are paid in advance.

All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise under specific conditions mentioned below.

We begin processing your request immediately after payment is received. Therefore, refunds cannot be offered once the process has been initiated.
Visa Services

Visa application fees and filing service charges are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa decision. These payments are made directly to the government or used for service delivery.

CoVisa acts as a facilitator and does not influence the final decision of the embassy or consulate.

Urgent appointment fees are charged only after confirmation of an earlier appointment slot and are non-refundable once the appointment is booked.

Interview training fee is refundable only in the case of a visa rejection, provided the training service was availed.
Tour Packages and Other Travel Services

Refunds for tour packages are subject to the specific package terms and cancellation policies from our partners.

In all cases, service charges paid to CoVisa are non-refundable.
Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by CoVisa management and are granted solely at our discretion.

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, a refund may be processed after internal verification.
Policy Acceptance
By making a payment to CoVisa, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy. We advise clients to carefully review the terms and clarify any doubts before proceeding with payment.
